  • Aceptamos pagos seguros a traves de pasarelas como PayU que facilitan el proceso tanto para compradores locales como internacionales.
  • Aceptamos también pagos en criptomonedas a través de Coinbase Commerce
  • No aceptamos transferencias directas a nuestras cuentas bancarias. Favor asesorarse con un agente antes de realizar este tipo de transferencias

Tenga en cuenta que se pueden aplicar cargos adicionales si su pago se realiza en una moneda diferente a Pesos Colombianos (COP).

Simplemente adiciona tantos productos como quieras al carrito de compras mientras navegas a lo largo de nuestra tienda. Cuando quieras hacer el pedido, lo haces dirigiéndote al carrito de compras y haciendo click en pagar pedido. Sigue las instrucciones de la pantalla donde nos provees toda la información necesaria para enviarte las prendas y donde seleccionas el método de pago más apropiado. Nosotros te despacharemos tu pedido de 3 a 5 días hábiles.¡Nuestro equipo de ayuda estará disponible para apoyarte en lo que necesites!

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally and worldwide. Blulé does not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria or North Korea.

Shipping times:

  • Local orders inside the US take 3-6 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days.
  • International orders may take up to 10 business days to be delivered. 
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

What should I do if the time has passed but I didn't recieved the order?:

  • Wait one or two more days. Shipping can be delayed due to unpredictable reasons. We know it may be hard to wait, but don't forget that our estimated shipping time is that, is only an estimation.
  • If after a couple of days you didn't recieved your order, get in touch with us and we will help you.

Do I have to pay any customs fee?:

  • If your order is made outside the US, it may be possible that you will be charged upon the delivery of your order.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • The customs value is made up of:
  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email blule.brand@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • Sale items do not apply for the 30-days Return & Exchange Policy.
